As a Midwife, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to women during pregnancy, labour, and the postpartum period. • Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and their babies.
• Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the progress of pregnancy.
• Offer support and guidance on birthing plans and pain relief options.
• Assist in the delivery of babies, ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and child.
• Educate and support new parents in infant care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, paediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in community education programs and health promotion activities.

• Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Previous experience in a midwifery role, preferably within the NHS or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to manage stressful situations.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest midwifery practices.
