Support Worker
We’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to provide person-centred care in [care home/supported living/learning disability] settings. You’ll help people live safely and as independently as possible, with dignity and choice at the heart of everything we do.

- Support with personal care, medication prompts/recording (as trained), meals, hydration and mobility.
- Enable daily living: routines, household tasks, community access and meaningful activities.
- Use positive behaviour support, clear communication and de-escalation where required.
- Keep accurate care notes/incident records and report concerns promptly.
- Work as part of a team and hand over clearly between shifts.
- Safeguard service users by following care plans, risk assessments and policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Experience of supported living services for adults
- Driver with access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Experience with profound learning and physical disabilities
- 6 Month’s UK experience working in a professional care home or supported living service
- Wanting to work 24/48 hour shifts with accommodation provided
- Medication Administration (we can provide this training if you don’t already have it)

Naturally supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong relationships and empathise. Finds it easy to integrate within an established team of healthcare professionals.
