We are looking for motivated HCAs to join our team and provide outstanding care and support to individuals in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals in care homes and residential settings.
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Help with meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
  • Promote dignity, respect, and independence while building trusting relationships with clients.
  • Record and report on the well-being of individuals, ensuring all care plans are followed accurately.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.

Experience Required

  • NISCC registration.
  • Willingness to travel to BT18 0NE
  • An excellent command of the English Language
  • Compassionate, caring, and respectful individuals who are passionate about helping others.
  • Minimum 6 Month’s UK experience working in a professional care home.
  • Face to face Moving and Handling of People Certificate.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and dignity in care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a strong work ethic.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding care and support.
