We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us in Devon and/or Somerset as a Children’s Support Worker.

As a Children’s Support Worker you’ll be supporting children under the age of 18 to lead a purposeful life and maintain their independence by attending school, and supporting with recreational activities such as bowling, swimming and days out. Services require support workers to work days, waking nights and sleeping shifts.

• Preferred experience working with children or young people but not essential.
• Assisting with daily routines to ensure well-being and structure.
• Happy and willing to organise and partake in recreational activities.
• Ability to work effectively on your own and within a team.
• Naturally supportive and great at communicating, able to build strong relationships and empathise.
• An individual who is reliable and able to create a safe and welcoming environment.
